Help A Homeless Veteran With More Than Money
With a fantastic track record of success, the OSD
Employment Center (79% employment rate, with an average hourly
wage of $10.48 to veterans) is helping homeless veterans.
Lt. Col. Bill Burleigh (Ret) and his
Operation
Stand Down team offer homeless veterans assistance in
pre-employment counseling, job retention classes, employment referrals,
receive medical attention, coordinate after care, transitional housing,
and other services to assist veterans and their
families, toward a more productive life.
